Job summary

The role collaborates with estimating and operations to align proposals with field capabilities and build a strong project pipeline.

Travel is required as opportunities arise, and the successful candidate will possess construction BD experience and knowledge of steel erection or estimating.

Qualifications

• Construction business development experience is required.
• Experience in structural steel erection, PM, or estimating within the steel industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with AISC certified organizations is a plus.
• General understanding of project delivery models such as Design Bid Build, Design Build, and CM.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue opportunities within construction markets.
• Build relationships with general contractors, construction managers, developers, and owners.
• Support proposal development and ensure client expectations align with field and erection capabilities.
• Manage an active project pipeline and share market intelligence with leadership.
