Steelhead Technologies Inc is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to be the first point of contact with prospective customers for our ERP platform built for job shops. You will conduct high-volume outreach and qualify prospects to book meetings that move deals forward.

You'll gain exposure to full business operations and have opportunities for accelerated career growth, including paths to Account Executive roles.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in sales or business development (SaaS or manufacturing a plus).
• Comfortable running outreach, live calls, and discovery conversations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Resilient, motivated, and able to thrive in a high-activity environment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and engage job shop manufacturers via outbound calls, emails, and social channels.
• Qualify leads and set meetings for the sales team.
• Build relationships with consistent, value-driven follow-up.
• Run discovery calls to uncover prospect pain points.
• Keep CRM records clean and accurate.
• Hit and exceed weekly and monthly outreach goals.
