Job summary

Lemartec is seeking a Project Manager for its Building Systems Division to lead planning, management direction, and successful project delivery. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, and owners, managing contracts, drawings, and schedules to achieve client satisfaction and financial goals.

The role requires PM experience with prestressed metal buildings, strong leadership, and the ability to mentor others while ensuring adherence to project specifications and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with pre-engineered metal building project management.
• Degree in construction management or related field; minimum 3 years in construction (5 years if no degree).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
• Must have project scheduling and document control experience.
• Superior communication and organization development skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with the following software: Microsoft Office, Scheduling Programs (Microsoft Projects preferred), Document Control Programs.

Responsibilities

• Develops solutions to ensure issues don’t become problems; studies bid specs for potential issues.
• Creates contingency plans to mitigate risks on critical paths.
• Understands subcontractor scope and contracts; identifies opportunities and risks.
• Leads a team of PMs and APMs to deliver exceptional results.
• Recruitment and development of qualified subcontractors.
• Manage multiple project teams while maximizing profit and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with on-site Superintendents to deliver high-quality results.
