Job summary

Lemartec Corporation seeks a Project Manager for Building Systems to safely complete planning, management, and financial outcomes on Building System projects. The ideal candidate will have Pre-Engineered Metal Building PM experience and a track record mentoring others, plus strong understanding of contractual requirements, drawings, and specifications.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in construction management or related field and minimum 3 years in construction.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects/activities in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
• Must have project scheduling and document control experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop contingency plans proactively to mitigate potential risks.
• Understand subcontractor scope and contracts, and identify opportunities and risks.
• Lead a team of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers to deliver results.
• Recruit high-caliber personnel from outside sources, colleges, etc.
• Track and procure new work through the subcontractor community.
• Submit project change orders to clients within company standards.
• Prepare, complete, and submit O&M manuals within 30 days of substantial completion.
• Complete WIP reports within scheduled timeframe.
