Job summary

Lemartec Corporation is seeking a Project Manager for its Building Systems Division to safely plan, direct, and complete projects with client satisfaction and strong financial outcomes. Ideal candidates have pre-engineered metal building PM experience and a track record of mentoring teams.

This on-site role requires scheduling, design-drawing, and contract comprehension. Responsibilities include leading PM and assistant PM teams, coordinating with subs and clients, and driving project success

Qualifications

• Degree in construction management or related field with 3+ years in construction.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong scheduling and document control experience.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to deliver on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors and owners.
• Develop contingency plans to mitigate project risks.
• Ensure quality control and client satisfaction throughout.
