Job summary

Lemartec Corporation in Topeka, KS seeks a Project Manager for Building Systems to lead planning, direction, and execution of complex projects, ensuring client satisfaction and strong financial outcomes. The role requires experience with Pre-engineered Metal Building projects and an ability to mentor a team.

You will coordinate with architects, engineers, and owners, manage subcontractors, track progress, and deliver projects safely on time and within budget, while building long-term

Qualifications

• Degree in construction management or related field; minimum 3 years in construction project management (5+ years if no degree).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic fast-paced environment; scheduling and document control experience.
• Excellent communication and organization skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams; proficient with MS Office and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers to deliver results.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and owners to initiate new projects.
• Manage subcontractors and track progress; ensure subcontractor requisitions are accurate.
• Develop and execute pre-construction/RFP packages with estimating department.
• Build relationships across Lemartec departments to support project goals.
• Ensure quality control plans are followed and punch lists completed to client satisfaction.
