Job summary

Lemartec is seeking a Project Manager – Building Systems Division to safely oversee planning, management direction, and financial outcomes of PEMB projects in Kansas. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with architects, engineers and owners, and ensure contractual compliance and quality delivery.

Ideal candidates bring PEMB project management experience, strong scheduling and document control skills, and a proven ability to mentor others.

Qualifications

• PEMB project management experience required.
• Degree in construction management or related field; 3+ years in construction (5+ years if no degree).
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
• Must have scheduling and document control experience.
• Superior communication and organization skills; cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead PMs and APMs to deliver results.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, and project controls for PEMB projects.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and owners.
• Ensure subcontractor contracts, change orders, and requisitions are handled.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
