Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Faculty Advisor for Mathematics and Statistics to join the North America Customer Success team. You will partner with course-level administrators, serve as a pedagogical expert, and align Pearson digital products with instructors’ objectives and student outcomes.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Statistics is required.
At least 5 years of full-time teaching experience at the collegiate level in Statistics is required.
Power-user experience with Pearson MyLab is required.

Responsibilities

Advise on integrating Pearson digital products to support teaching goals.
Consult on digital assessment, grading, and reporting strategies using MyLab.
Advise customers on content modification or creation.
Create department-specific training resources (videos, guides, webinars).
Collaborate with Product teams on new platforms, tools, and features.
Partner with Sales on campaigns, calls, and demonstrations.
Provide documented recommendations and evolution of course design using metrics.
