Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Faculty Advisor for Mathematics and Statistics to align digital products with instructors’ learning objectives. The role requires college-level statistics teaching expertise and strong MyLab experience, with capability to train faculty across courses.

You will develop tutorials and trainings, partner with product teams, and support course design through data-driven insights. Some travel for workshops may be required, with remote work options available.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Statistics required.
At least 5 years of full-time collegiate teaching in Statistics.
Power-user experience with Pearson MyLab required.
Experience with data science and engineering desirable.
Online teaching and LMS experience preferred.
Ability to operate across time zones with international customers.

Responsibilities

Advise on integration of Pearson digital products to support teaching goals.
Consult on digital assessment, grading, and reporting strategies, especially MyLab.
Create training resources: videos, guides, webinars.
Collaborate with Product teams on new platforms and features.
Work with Sales on campaigns and demonstrations.
Document recommendations and course design evolution for stakeholders.
