Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Faculty Advisor to advance the adoption of digital solutions in Mathematics and Statistics courses. This specialist will align Pearson tools with instructors’ outcomes and lead trainings for faculty at remote accounts.

The role requires college-level Statistics teaching experience, a Master’s in Statistics, and strong MyLab proficiency, with travel for workshops as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Statistics required.
• At least 5 years of full-time college-level Statistics teaching.
• Power-user experience with Pearson MyLab required.
• Knowledge across Mathematics and Statistics; data science/engineering desirable.
• Online teaching and LMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise on integrating Pearson digital products to meet learning goals.
• Consult on digital assessment, grading, and reporting with MyLab.
• Create training resources: videos, guides, webinars.
• Collaborate with Productteamsto advise on new platforms and features.
• Partner with Sales in campaigns and demonstrations.
• Document recommendations with metrics and rubrics for stakeholders.
