Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Faculty Advisor in North America to strategically align Pearson digital products with instructors’ objectives and student outcomes. The role requires college/university-level statistics teaching expertise and deep MyLab know-how.

You will train faculty, create tutorials, and collaborate across teams to maximize impact. Travel for trainings and conferences is required, with remote work options available.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Statistics is required.
• At least 5 years of full-time teaching experience at the collegiate level in Statistics is required.
• Power-user experience with Pearson MyLab is required.
• Experience with Data Science or Engineering is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Partner with course-level administrators to advise on the right integration of Pearson digital products to support teaching and learning goals.
• Consult on digital assessment, grading, and reporting strategies; provide best practices for MyLab usage.
• Consult with customers on modifying or creating content.
• Create department-specific training resources such as videos, guides, and live or recorded webinars.
• Advise on development of new platforms, tools, and features with Product teams.
• Collaborate with Sales in campaigns, calls, and meetings; support sales enablement.
• Use success metrics and reporting to document recommendations and course design evolution.
