Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Senior Continuous Improvement Manager to drive CI across multiple operations. You will lead a team of CI engineers and QA professionals, promote data-driven improvements, and align with operational leadership to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost and growth goals.

You will develop strategy, scorecards, and KPI action plans while coaching teams in lean methods, data analytics, and slotting/labor planning. Travel up to 50% is required as projects span sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or Supply Chain Management.
• Nine+ years in distribution, warehousing, manufacturing or supply chain logistics.
• Lean Six Sigma, PMP or ISO/QMS knowledge preferred; HRM systems exposure helpful.
• Strong data analytics and advanced Excel/Power BI skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CI engineering and quality teams; hire, coach, and manage performance.
• Develop strategy, KPIs, and action plans; report progress to leadership.
• Coach on Lean, data analytics, and engineering methods for site improvements.
• Lead Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen events, and sustainment activities.
• Manage cross-functional CI projects across multiple accounts.
