Job summary

ivyhealth's CI Therapies division seeks a Clinic Director and Investing Partner to build a pediatric therapy clinic from the ground up in Wisconsin. You will shape location, team, culture, and patient experience while leading clinical and operational efforts.

The role combines hands-on therapy with leadership, community relations, and strategic growth, with Ivy's infrastructure and support to turn vision into a sustainable, equitable partnership.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program.
• Current or pending Wisconsin state licensure as PT/OT/SLP.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for building something new.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all clinic operations and staff.
• Lead market/location selection and service mix.
• Recruit, develop, and lead the clinic team.
• Build relationships with referral partners and the community.
• Collaborate with Ivy Health across departments.
