Job summary

Ivy Health seeks a Clinic Director and Investing Partner to build a de novo pediatric therapy clinic with hands-on clinical leadership and equity in the practice.

You will select location, recruit and lead the team, establish patient-centered care standards, and partner with Ivy Health across real estate, operations, marketing, and payer contracting to ensure a strong start and long-term success for your community. You'll receive mentorship and training to grow alongside experienced leaders.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program.
• Current or pending state licensure in the respective field is required for clinical work.
• Pediatric therapy experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care within your licensed discipline and set clinical standards for the clinic.
• Recruit, develop, and lead the clinic team and build referral relationships locally.
• Partner with Ivy Health teams across real estate, operations, and payer contracting.
