Job summary

CI Therapies in Wisconsin seeks a Clinic Director and Investing Partner to build a de novo pediatric therapy clinic with Ivy Health support. You’ll shape location, team, culture, and patient experience while bringing clinical vision and local relationships.

As a partner, you’ll share equity, lead clinic operations, recruit and mentor staff, and collaborate with Ivy Health teams to launch a thriving, community-focused practice that delivers play‑based, family‑centered care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program.
• Current or pending Wisconsin state licensure (PT/OT/SLP).
• Entrepreneurial mindset with passion for building something new.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and community relationship-building skills.
• Commitment to CI's values: compassion, collaboration, innovation, creativity.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinic operations and staff development.
• Lead site market selection, service mix, and patient experience.
• Recruit, develop, and lead the clinic team.
• Build relationships with referral partners and the community.
