Ivy Health seeks a Pediatric Clinic Director & Investing Partner to lead a brand-new practice. You will oversee clinical operations, build equity in your clinic, and guide patient-centered care while collaborating with experienced leaders.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program.
• Proof of current or pending state licensure as PT, OT, or SLP in the respective state is required.
• Previous pediatric therapy experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care within your licensed discipline and set clinical standards for the clinic.
• Help choose market, location, service mix, and patient experience.
• Recruit, develop, and lead the clinic team.
• Build relationships with referral partners and the community.
• Use business and clinical information to guide responsible growth.
• Partner with Ivy Health teams across real estate, operations, recruiting, marketing, finance, revenue cycle, IT, HR, Legal, Compliance, and payer contracting.
