Job summary

CI Therapies, a pediatric therapy organization within Ivy Health, is building a Wisconsin De Novo clinic. You will shape the clinic’s location, culture, team, and patient experience while Ivy Health provides infrastructure and support.

As Clinic Director and Investing Partner, you’ll lead clinical and business strategy, recruit staff, cultivate community partnerships, and drive growth with autonomy and mentorship from experienced leaders.

Qualifications

• Licensed or eligible for Wisconsin PT, OT, or SLP licensure.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and intent to co-own a de novo clinic.
• Proven leadership in clinical settings and community partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all clinic operations and staff; support clinicians with plans of care.
• Promote efficient service utilization, program development, and digital marketing.
• Build relationships with medical professionals, referral sources, and the community.
• Lead market and location decisions, team recruitment, and growth planning.
• Collaborate with Ivy Health teams on operations, finance, IT, HR, and compliance.
• Maintain clinic standards and champion play-based, family-centered therapy.
