Job summary

Ivy Health seeks a Clinic Director and Investing Partner to build a new pediatric therapy clinic from the ground up in collaboration with Ivy Health. You will oversee clinical operations, lead a multidisciplinary team, and drive patient-centered care while developing equity in your own clinic and leveraging Ivy’s infrastructure and mentorship.

You’ll shape market selection, service mix, and community relations, supported by extensive resources, pre-opening salary, and ongoing leadership coaching

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program.
• Current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist is required.
• Previous pediatric therapy experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care within your licensed discipline and set the clinical standard for the clinic.
• Help choose the market, location, service mix, and patient experience.
• Recruit, develop, and lead the clinic team.
• Build relationships with referral partners and the community.
• Use business and clinical information to guide responsible growth.
• Partner with Ivy Health teams across real estate, operations, recruiting, marketing, finance, revenue cycle, IT, HR, Legal, Compliance, and payer contracting.
