Job summary

Ivy Health is seeking a Clinic Director & Investing Partner to build a new pediatric therapy clinic from the ground up. You will lead clinical operations, shape the patient experience, and guide community outreach while developing equity in your clinic.

You will work with Ivy Health leadership to implement the company’s systems and standards. The role requires licensure in PT, OT, or SLP, with pediatric experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program.
• Proof of current or pending state licensure as PT/OT/SLP in the respective state.
• Pediatric therapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinic operations and clinical standards for the new site.
• Recruit, develop, and lead the clinic team.
• Build relationships with referral partners and the community.
