Job summary

CI Therapies, part of Ivy Health, seeks a Clinic Director & Investing Partner to build a new pediatric therapy clinic in Wisconsin. You will shape location, team, culture and patient experience, while leading clinical services and sustainable growth.

As a De Novo/start-up clinic, you will partner with Ivy Health for infrastructure, mentorship, and support, with equity partnership and long-term leadership opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program.
• Current or pending state licensure as a PT, OT, or SLP in Wisconsin.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and genuine passion for building something new.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all clinic operations and staff.
• Support clinicians in providing individualized treatment plans.
• Develop market location, service mix, and patient experience.
• Recruit, develop, and lead the clinic team and relationships with referral partners.
• Collaborate with Ivy Health teams on real estate, operations, marketing, and finance.
