Job summary

Ivy Health is seeking a Clinic Director and Investing Partner to launch and lead a new pediatric therapy clinic. You will oversee clinical care, build a high-performing team, develop local partnerships, and shape patient experience while leveraging Ivy’s infrastructure and leadership support.

You will open a brand-new clinic with autonomy and mentorship, guided by experienced clinic leaders, and participate in meaningful equity opportunities as the practice grows.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT, OT, or SLP with current or pending state licensure.
• Pediatric therapy experience highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care within your licensed discipline and set the clinic's clinical standard.
• Help select market, location, service mix, and patient experience.
• Recruit, develop, and lead the clinic team.
• Build relationships with referral partners and the community.
• Use business and clinical data to guide responsible growth.
• Collaborate with Ivy Health teams across departments.
