Job summary

CI Therapies, operated by Ivy Health, seeks a Clinic Director and Investing Partner to build a new pediatric therapy clinic from the ground up in Wisconsin. You’ll shape location, team, culture, and patient experience while Ivy Health provides infrastructure, expertise, and support for long-term sustainability.

You will lead clinical services across PT/OT/SLP, establish partnerships with physicians and community, and drive growth with entrepreneurial energy.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program.
• Current or pending Wisconsin state licensure as PT/OT/SLP (treating component required).
• Experience in pediatric therapy is highly preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with genuine passion for building something new.
• Strong communication and community relationship-building skills.
• Leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care within your licensed discipline and set the clinic's clinical standard.
• Help choose the market, location, service mix, and patient experience.
• Recruit, develop, and lead the clinic team.
• Build relationships with referral partners and the community.
• Use business and clinical information to guide responsible growth.
• Partner with Ivy Health teams across real estate, operations, recruiting, marketing, finance, revenue cycle, IT, HR, Legal, Compliance, and payer contracting.
