Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Startup Operations Coordinator to lead new Dedicated Transportation Solutions startups with extensive travel. You will train drivers and managers, design process flows, and support rapid, compliant startup execution across locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required; Bachelor degree preferred in business, logistics, or supply chain.
• Two years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or related field.
• One year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Support startup deployments with focus on flawless execution and adherence to customer success factors.
• Explain and train drivers and managers on core operations and systems for compliance, pay, and billing.
• Act as a management surrogate to answer questions and facilitate quick decisions during startup.
• Train new management and certified driver trainer groups.
• Develop process flows and guide operational consistency.
