Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Startup Operations team member to help launch and support Dedicated Transportation Solutions startups. You will train drivers and managers, draft process documents, and contribute to testing and design for new product features.

Travel is extensive (75–80%), with assignments across the country for set periods. You will prioritize tasks, support operations, and ensure flawless execution aligned with customer success factors.

• Startup team focuses on flawless execution against customer success factors.
• Ensure drivers and managers understand core operations and systems for tracking compliance, pay, and billing.
• Act as an arm of management to answer questions and make quick startup decisions.
• Train new management and Driver Trainer groups.
• Develop process flows and guidance for consistent operations.
