Ryder is seeking Startup Operations professionals to lead new Dedicated Transportation Solutions startups, train drivers and managers, and develop process documentation. Extensive travel (75–80%) and placement at new business locations across the country are required to support rapid startup, system testing, and consulting for product enhancements.

Responsibilities include ensuring flawless execution, understanding core operations for driver pay and customer billing, and acting as a management

Formación

• H.S. diploma/GED required
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred
• Two (2) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required
• One (1) year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access) is required
• Logistics industry knowledge advanced required
• Knowledge and understanding of Customer/Company local and Federal regulations. advanced required
• Fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain Management components. intermediate required
• Strong knowledge of Manufacturing and Production advanced required

Responsabilidades

• Members of Start Up team focused on flawless execution and adherence to pre-established customer critical success factors
• Ensuring both drivers and managers understand the core operations and systems used for tracking compliance, driver pay, and customer billing
• Acting as an arm of management to answer questions and make quick decisions during the startup phase
• Training of new management team and Certified Driver Trainer group
• Building out of process flow and providing guidance on consistency of operations
