Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Startup Operations team member to manage new Dedicated Transportation Solutions startups and ongoing field support. Travel will be extensive (75-80%), with assignments to locations across the country for defined periods.

You will train drivers and managers, document processes, perform system testing, and contribute to design-level consulting for new product features. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance, driver pay accuracy, and customer billing, plus

Formación

• H.S. diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain preferred.
• Two years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field required.
• One year or more direct supervisory/leadership experience required.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) is required; advanced level preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Startup team focused on flawless execution and adherence to pre-established customer critical success factors.
• Ensure drivers and managers understand core operations and systems used for tracking compliance, driver pay, and customer billing.
• Act as an extension of management to answer questions and make quick decisions during the startup phase.
• Train new management team and Certified Driver Trainer group.
• Build out process flow and provide guidance on consistency of operations.
