Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Startup Operations team member (SET Ops) to act as a setup consultant for new Dedicated Transportation Solutions startups and ongoing field support.

You will train drivers and managers, write process documents, assist with testing, and provide design-level consulting for product enhancements. Travel is extensive (75–80%), with assignments at new business locations nationwide for defined periods.

Qualificações

• Must have at least 2 years in supply chain, logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year direct supervisory/leadership experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office required; knowledge of logistics industry and regulations is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Startup team focused on flawless execution and adherence to customer critical success factors.
• Ensure drivers and managers understand core operations and systems for tracking compliance, driver pay, and customer billing.
• Act as an extension of management to answer questions during the startup phase.
• Train new management team and Certified Driver Trainer group.
• Build out process flows and provide guidance on consistency of operations.
