Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a senior Continuous Improvement leader to promote and drive CI initiatives across multiple operations. You will influence change through data-driven analytics, engineering methods, and Lean tools to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and growth.

You will supervise teams, develop strategy and KPIs, mentor staff, and lead major CI programs from start‑up to scale. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain.
• Nine+ years in distribution, warehousing or manufacturing/Logistics.
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge and project experience.
• Experience with HRM systems (Workday) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise CI/quality professionals and manage multiple complex supply chain projects.
• Develop strategy, scorecards, KPI action plans, and regular progress reports.
• Provide training, coaching, and mentoring on Lean, data analytics, and process improvement.
• Develop and deploy advanced engineering methods, data analytics, and Lean tools across sites.
• Facilitate Value Stream Mapping and Kaizen events and sustain improvements across accounts.
