• Four-year college degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of related experience with StarRez Housing Management Application.
• Database experience and knowledge of SQL.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and troubleshoot StarRez and other assigned applications, including after-hours issues.
• Provide user support and access management coordination for assigned applications.
• Collaborate with operations and development staff to solve problems and implement solutions.
• Configuration and change management; develop features, reports, patches and upgrades.
• Document training and business continuity planning.
