Job summary

The University of North Carolina at Greensboro seeks a proactive Student Services Administrator to manage enterprise applications within the Student Services domain, including StarRez housing system and related services across the university.

You will work with Housing and Residence Life, ITS, and campus stakeholders to ensure secure, scalable, and well-governed functionality, encompassing configuration, data integrity, and incident response.

Qualifications

• Entry-level with Masters or Bachelors and 0-2 yrs experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Two to four years of experience administering systems supporting student engagement, conduct, care, housing, and related student service functions.
• Experience with system configuration, access management, integrations, and operational support.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, secure, integrate, and manage lifecycle of enterprise applications in Student Services.
• Own privileged access and security design for assigned enterprise applications, including user roles and audit reviews.
