Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years professional experience in business/ops or related field.
• 4+ years in account management, customer success, or business operations.
• 1+ years working with government customers.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for a federal government portfolio from onboarding through retention and growth.
• Deliver impeccable customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Build relationships to identify requirements and manage expectations.
• Identify and communicate readiness, requirements, schedules, and risks to realize forecasted revenue.
