Responsibilities

• Lead daily cafe operations with adherence to Starbucks, Macy's Foods Division, and Health Department standards.
• Model customer connection standards and Macy's Selling behaviors to create an exceptional experience.
• Coach and develop colleagues through feedback and role modeling to boost performance and satisfaction.
• Ensure consistent preparation and presentation of food/beverages per Starbucks standards and recipe specs.
• Monitor labor and inventory to balance service with costs and maintain stock levels.
• Support ordering, receiving, and invoice processing to achieve food/beverage cost targets.
• Track sales, expenses, and communicate priorities to team and leadership.
• Oversee cash handling and POS operations in line with Macy's/Starbucks policies.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming cafe environment and professional conduct.
• Collaborate with store leadership and Starbucks managers to drive operational excellence.
