Macy's Inc. is seeking a Daily Operations Leader to oversee the Starbucks café inside Macy’s, guiding daily operations, ensuring quality, safety, and profitability while upholding brand standards.

You’ll work with Baristas to deliver top-tier service and crafted beverages, fostering a positive team atmosphere. Full-time schedule with 30+ hours weekly, weekend shifts, and collaboration with store leadership to reach sales and guest satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; retail/food service or customer service experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification or local food handler permit required by state/local health department.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting, standing for long periods, and frequent walking.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily café operations, ensuring safety, sanitation, and product quality per Starbucks, Macy’s Foods Division, and Health Department standards.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by modeling Starbucks customer service and Macy’s selling behaviors.
• Train, coach, and motivate colleagues to maximize team performance, customer satisfaction, and development.
• Ensure consistent preparation and presentation of all food and beverages to Starbucks standards and meet customer requests.
• Monitor labor productivity and assist with ordering, receiving, inventory, and invoice processing to control costs.
• Oversee cash handling and POS operations in compliance with Macy’s and Starbucks policies.
• Maintain a clean, professional, and welcoming café environment; partner with store leadership to resolve issues.
