Macy's Starbucks Daily Operations Leader directs day-to-day cafe operations inside Macy's, ensuring safe, efficient and profitable service while upholding Starbucks and Macy's standards. Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required or encouraged.
• ServSafe certification or food handler permit per state/local health dept.
• Retail, food service or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily cafe operations ensuring safety, sanitation, and quality.
• Model Starbucks customer connection standards and Macy's selling behaviors.
• Coach and motivate colleagues to maximize performance and development.
• Ensure recipe accuracy, proper temperatures, and substitutions as needed.
• Monitor labor productivity and manage costs while serving customers.
• Assist with ordering, receiving, inventory management, and invoices.
• Oversee cash handling and POS operations per policies.
• Maintain a welcoming cafe environment and professional conduct.
