Job summary

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent and 2+ years in retail, restaurant, or food service management, with ServSafe or equivalent certifications preferred. Flexible schedule required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all café operations, ensuring a safe, efficient, and brand-right environment.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop Supervisors and Baristas.
• Deliver exceptional customer service per Starbucks standards and Macy’s expectations.
• Maintain consistent food/beverage prep, presentation, and merchandising per standards.
• Create schedules and labor plans to optimize productivity and costs.
• Manage ordering, inventory, and invoice processing to hit cost targets.
• Review financial reports to meet sales, expense, and profit goals.
