Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of retail, restaurant, or food service management experience.
• ServSafe certified or have a food handler permit as required by local health department.
• Must be able to obtain Barista Basic, Barista Trainer, Daily Ops, and LS Leader certifications for Starbucks Licensed leaders within introductory period.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Oversee café operations to meet safety, brand, and health standards.
• Recruit, train, and develop Supervisors and Baristas.
• Deliver exceptional customer service aligning with Starbucks and Macy’s standards.
• Ensure food and beverage quality and merchandising aligned with standards.
• Develop schedules and labor plans to optimize productivity and costs.
• Manage purchasing, inventory, and invoicing to control costs.
• Review financial reports to meet sales and profit goals.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and keep the café clean.
• Oversee cash handling and POS operations, adhering to policies.
• Collaborate with Macy’s leadership and Starbucks District Managers on priorities.
