Macy’s is seeking a Manager, Starbucks for an in-store licensed Starbucks café in Los Angeles. The role leads daily operations, drives sales and profitability, and builds a strong, inclusive team that delivers an exceptional customer experience while aligning with Macy’s Foods Division expectations.

The position emphasizes leadership, operational excellence, and partnership with Macy’s and Starbucks district leadership to meet brand, quality, and financial goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required. Two+ years in retail/restaurant management preferred.
• ServSafe certification or local requirement for food service is required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee café operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and brand standards.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop Supervisors and Baristas.
• Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with Starbucks and Macy’s standards.
• Ensure consistent food/beverage preparation and presentation according to standards.
• Develop schedules and labor plans to optimize productivity and costs.
• Manage ordering, inventory, and invoicing to meet food/beverage cost targets.
• Review financial reports and take actions to meet sales and profit goals.
• Maintain health, sanitation, and safety compliance in the café.
