Macy’s is seeking a Manager, Starbucks for the licensed Starbucks café inside Macy’s. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales, manage a team of Supervisors and Baristas, and partner with Macy’s and Starbucks leadership to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 2+ years retail/restaurant/food service mgmt experience encouraged.
• ServSafe certification or food handler permit as required by state/local health dept.
• Ability to obtain Barista certifications for Starbucks Licensed leaders within introductory period.

Responsibilities

• Oversee café operations to meet Starbucks, Macy’s Foods Division, and health standards.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop Supervisors and Baristas; build a high-performing team.
• Deliver excellent customer service and uphold Starbucks connection standards.
• Ensure food and beverage presentation aligns with brand standards.
• Develop schedules and labor plans to optimize productivity and control costs.
• Manage ordering, inventory, and invoice processing to hit cost targets.
• Review financial reports to meet sales, expense, and profit goals.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
