Job summary

Family Resource Home Care is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our remote team. The role focuses on high-volume caregiver recruitment, managing the ATS pipeline, screening resumes, and coordinating 6–10 phone interviews daily.

You will work with the TA Lead on video interviews and assessments to ensure strong candidate fit. The position requires at least 1 year of high-volume recruiting experience and the ability to hire 40+ caregivers per month.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in high volume recruiting.
• Experience with hiring 40+ employees per month.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruiting process from job posting to offer, maintaining an ATS pipeline.
• Screen resumes and coordinate scheduling; conduct 6–10 phone interviews per day.
• Provide verbal offers and obtain signed documents prior to hire.
• Collaborate with TA Lead on video interviews and assessments.
• Identify gaps in the recruitment process and hiring matrix; screen resumes/applications.

We are a TA team of 23 looking for our next Talent Acquisition Specialist! Our team is passionate about driving our mission and bringing in the talent we need to reach more clients and improve more lives. We are comprised of caregiver recruitment, onboarding, and operational staff recruitment.

Location: Must live in one of the following states: Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Pacific

Reports to Talent Acquisition Manager

This TAS will be responsible for recruiting caregivers to join our organization. This is a high-volume recruiting position that requires strong time management and organizational skills.

• ~High Volume Recruiting: Manage the recruiting process from job posting to accepted offer - managing an ATS pipeline, screening resumes, scheduling and conducting 6-10 phone interviews per day, gauging position and company fit and making verbal offers as determined, obtaining required signed documents/agreements prior to forwarding hire information to coordinator.
• ATS Management: Manage applicant tracking system workflow and keep stages updated appropriately.
• Talent Acquisition Support: Identify and address gaps in recruitment process and hiring matrix; Resume and application screening
• Teams video interview with TA Lead
• Hiring Assessments: Workplace Behavior Analysis, Reverse Mock Interview Assessment
