Job summary

Family Resource Home Care is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our remote-friendly team. This role focuses on high-volume caregiver recruitment, managing a busy ATS pipeline, screening resumes, and conducting 6–10 daily phone interviews to assess fit and move candidates to offers.

The position supports a Monday–Friday schedule with Pacific time hours and requires experience hiring 40+ caregivers per month. Remote home setup/equipment is provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in high-volume recruiting.
• Experience hiring 40+ employees per month.
• Ability to provide examples of past performance goals and outcomes.
• Manage recruiting from posting to accepted offer and coordinate signed documents.

Responsibilities

• Recruit caregivers to join the organization.

We are a TA team of 23 looking for our next Talent Acquisition Specialist! Our team is passionate about driving our mission and bringing in the talent we need to reach more clients and improve more lives. We are comprised of caregiver recruitment, onboarding, and operational staff recruitment.

Location: Must live in one of the following states: Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Pacific

Reports to Talent Acquisition Manager

This TAS will be responsible for recruiting caregivers to join our organization. This is a high-volume recruiting position that requires strong time management and organizational skills.

• ~High Volume Recruiting: Manage the recruiting process from job posting to accepted offer - managing an ATS pipeline, screening resumes, scheduling and conducting 6-10 phone interviews per day, gauging position and company fit and making verbal offers as determined, obtaining required signed documents/agreements prior to forwarding hire information to coordinator.
• ATS Management: Manage applicant tracking system workflow and keep stages updated appropriately.
• Talent Acquisition Support: Identify and address gaps in recruitment process and hiring matrix; Resume and application screening
• Teams video interview with TA Lead
• Hiring Assessments: Workplace Behavior Analysis, Reverse Mock Interview Assessment
