Job summary

Family Resource Home Care is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help grow our caregiver team in a remote-friendly role. The position emphasizes high-volume recruitment, managing the ATS, and coordinating multiple phone interviews daily.

You will collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Manager to fill 40+ hires per month, ensure timely candidate progression, and support process improvements. Remote-friendly with a Pacific schedule; residence in allowed states required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in high-volume recruiting.
• Experience hiring 40+ employees per month.
• Ability to provide examples of past or current performance goals/metrics and performance outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Recruit caregivers to join our organization.
• Manage recruiting process from job posting to accepted offer - managing an ATS pipeline, screening resumes, scheduling and conducting 6-10 phone interviews per day, gauging position and company fit and making verbal offers as determined.
• Obtaining required signed documents/agreements prior to forwarding hire information to coordinator.
• ATS Management: Manage applicant tracking system workflow and keep stages updated appropriately.
• Talent Acquisition Support: Identify and address gaps in recruitment process and hiring matrix; Resume and application screening; Teams video interview with TA Lead; Hiring Assessments: Workplace Behavior Analysis, Reverse Mock Interview Assessment.

We are a TA team of 23 looking for our next Talent Acquisition Specialist! Our team is passionate about driving our mission and bringing in the talent we need to reach more clients and improve more lives. We are comprised of caregiver recruitment, onboarding, and operational staff recruitment.
