Job summary

EmployBridge, LLC is seeking a Staff Performance Manager to supervise day-to-day personnel activities, coach staff, and conduct performance reviews to ensure timely, accurate, and quality delivery for client goods and services on site. You will manage onboarding, attendance, payroll, safety incidents, and workers’ comp while building strong relationships with supervisors and client teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a customer service role with multi-level client communication.
• HR and data management experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, and interview candidates daily.
• Conduct new hire orientations and onboarding.
• Audit onboarding requirements and confirm start dates.
• Communicate workforce needs to clients using labor market data.
• Participate in client forecasting and stay informed on business needs.
• Manage attendance and headcount reports.
• May process weekly payroll and timeclock data.
• Document safety incidents and participate in safety discussions.
• Handle workers' comp claims and unemployment documentation.
• Develop rapport with management to ensure consistency.
• Create client relationship maps and run workforce reports using CRM and Power BI.
• Coach associates on policies and lead investigations.
• Conduct performance reviews and manage assignments.
