Employbridge in Houston, TX is seeking a Staff Performance Manager to supervise day-to-day operations and ensure timely, accurate delivery of goods. You will coach, evaluate, and support associates while maintaining client satisfaction and reporting using CRM and Power BI.

The role involves onboarding coordination, forecasting collaboration, payroll tasks, and investigating safety incidents. A strong emphasis on leadership, communication, and process improvement is essential.

Qualifications

• 2 Years in Warehouse Leadership role or equivalent
• HR and data management experience
• Demonstrable success managing a team or process
• Familiarity with a heavy process-oriented environment
• Able to lead, organize, and build diverse teams
• Seasoned critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Professional communication across platforms
• Ability to influence decision makers
• Deliver results in a timely and cost-effective way
• Adaptable to change and new tasks

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, and interview daily to manage candidate inventory
• Conduct new hire orientations and onboarding check-ins
• Audit onboarding requirements and ensure start requirements are met
• Communicate workforce needs to client using labor market data
• Participate in client forecasting and stay informed of business needs
• Manage daily attendance and headcount reports
• May process weekly payroll and maintain timeclock data
• Document and investigate safety incidents and support safety meetings
• Handle workers' comp claims and unemployment documents
• Build rapport with management and supervisors to ensure consistency
• Create client relationship maps and run workforce reports in CRM/Power BI
• Coach associates on policies with potential legal implications and support HR investigations
• Conduct performance reviews and assign/end associate assignments
