Job summary

Employbridge is seeking a Staff Performance Manager to lead onsite staffing operations at our Lake Forest location, coaching teams and ensuring the timely, accurate delivery of client services. This role emphasizes strong customer service, employee relations, and data-driven HR practices.

You will coordinate recruitment, manage timekeeping and payroll accuracy, deliver productivity and attendance reports, conduct performance reviews, and build long-lasting relationships with client supervisors

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role with multi-level client communication.
• HR and data management experience.
• Proven ability to lead a team or process.
• Familiarity with a heavy process-oriented environment.
• Ability to lead, organize and build diverse teams.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with operational software and MS Office.
• Effective cross-platform communication.
• Able to listen and influence decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, screening, interviewing, and hiring for assignments.
• Maintain timekeeping system and ensure payroll/invoicing accuracy.
• Provide productivity, headcount, attendance, and other reports for the client.
• Manage employee relations at the site including coaching, counseling, performance reviews, removal from assignments, and exit interviews.
• Deliver superior customer service and develop relationships with supervisors and associates.
