Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking a Staff Performance Manager (Onsite) to supervise daily operations, coach staff, and ensure timely, quality delivery for client orders. The role builds relationships with client supervisors and associates, manages staffing forecasts, and drives HR activities onsite to meet evolving client needs.

The position emphasizes on-site leadership, performance reviews, payroll support, safety reporting, and collaboration with the client to optimize workforce effectiveness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 6 months related experience.
• Experience in a customer service role with multi-level client communication.
• HR and data management experience.
• Demonstrated success leading a team or process.
• Familiarity with a process-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, and interview daily to manage candidate inventory.
• Conduct new hire orientations and onboarding.
• Audit onboarding requirements and confirm start requirements.
• Communicate workforce needs to client and provide labor market data.
• Participate in client forecasting and stay informed on business needs.
• Manage attendance and headcount reports.
• Process weekly payroll and timeclock data.
• Document safety incidents and participate in safety meetings.
• Handle workers' comp claims and unemployment documentation.
• Develop relationships with management and supervisors.
• Run reports to identify workforce challenges and collaborate on solutions.
• Coach associates on policies and lead investigations.
• Conduct employee performance reviews and assign/end assignments.
