Job summary

Star Pediatric Home Care in New Jersey is seeking a Manager, Staffing Operations & Workforce Analytics to lead our Staffing Coordinators, optimize nurse capacity, and drive data-driven staffing decisions across our NJ offices. This hybrid role requires a data-driven healthcare operations leader with expertise in forecasting, analytics, and process improvement.

The successful candidate will oversee forecasting models, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools while partnering across Nursing

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading healthcare staffing teams.
• Experience using data, forecasting, and reporting to drive decisions.
• Proven ability to optimize nurse utilization and reduce gaps.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Staffing Coordinators responsible for matching nurses with patient needs.
• Drive workforce planning, capacity management, and staffing optimization to maximize utilization.
• Analyze staffing data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop forecasting models, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools for data-driven decisions.
• Partner with Nursing Operations, Clinical Leadership, Talent Acquisition, and Operations teams.
• Identify process inefficiencies and lead improvements to increase productivity and service delivery.
• Establish accountability measures and performance standards for staffing operations.
• Optimize workflows and technology to improve operational effectiveness.
• Monitor staffing performance metrics and implement action plans to improve coverage.
• Support growth initiatives: workforce planning, capacity forecasting, and operational excellence.
