Job summary
Star Pediatric Home Care in New Jersey is seeking a Manager, Staffing Operations & Workforce Analytics to lead our Staffing Coordinator team, optimize nurse capacity, and strengthen staffing performance across Mount Laurel, Howell, and Saddle Brook offices.
This data-driven leader will leverage analytics, forecasting, and operational insights to reduce open patient care hours, improve nurse utilization, and build scalable processes that support growth; travel between offices will be required.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of people management experience within the healthcare industry.
- Demonstrated success using data, analytics, forecasting, and operational reporting to drive decisions.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Staffing Coordinators responsible for matching nurses with patient needs and ensuring continuity of care.
- Monitor staffing performance metrics and implement action plans to improve coverage, responsiveness, and utilization.
- Develop forecasting models, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools that support data-driven decision-making.
