Job summary

Star Pediatric Home Care is seeking a Manager, Staffing Operations & Workforce Analytics in New Jersey. The role leads Staffing Coordinators, optimizes nurse capacity, and improves staffing efficiency through forecasting and dashboards.

Hybrid work from Mount Laurel, Howell, or Saddle Brook with travel as needed. The ideal candidate will drive workforce planning, capacity management, and operational excellence using data and analytics to reduce open patient care hours and improve utilization.

Qualifications

3+ years of people management experience in healthcare.
Proven experience leading teams with measurable performance goals and improvement initiatives.
Experience using data, analytics, forecasting, and operational reporting to drive decisions.
Experience optimizing workforce utilization and reducing gaps in coverage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills interpreting complex data.
Experience developing and monitoring KPIs, dashboards, and forecasts.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop Staffing Coordinators to match nurses with patient needs.
Drive workforce planning, capacity management, and staffing optimization.
Analyze staffing data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities.
Develop forecasting models, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools for decision-making.
Collaborate with Nursing Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Operations teams to address workforce needs.
