You will develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to drive data-driven decisions, collaborate across Nursing Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Clinical Leadership, and travel between Mount Laurel,
Qualifications
- 3+ years of people management experience in healthcare.
- Experience leading and developing teams with measurable performance goals.
- Strong analytics, forecasting, and operational reporting to drive decisions.
- Experience optimizing workforce utilization and staffing coverage.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-department collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop Staffing Coordinators to match nurses with patient needs.
- Drive workforce planning and staffing optimization to maximize utilization.
- Analyze staffing data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities.
- Develop forecasting models, dashboards, and KPIs for data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with Nursing Operations, Clinical Leadership, Talent Acquisition, and Ops teams.
- Establish accountability measures and improve workflows.
- Monitor staffing performance metrics and implement improvement plans.
