Qualifications

• 3+ years of people management experience within healthcare.
• Proven experience leading teams with measurable performance goals.
• Experience using data/analytics, forecasting, and operational reporting to drive decisions.
• Experience optimizing workforce utilization and staffing coverage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret operational data.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Staffing Coordinators to match nurses with patient needs and ensure continuity of care.
• Drive workforce planning, capacity management, and staffing optimization to maximize nurse utilization and minimize open patient hours.
• Analyze staffing, workforce, and operational data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop forecasting models, dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to support data-driven decisions.
• Partner with Nursing Operations, Clinical Leadership, Talent Acquisition, and Operations to address workforce supply and patient demand.
• Identify inefficiencies and lead initiatives to increase productivity, scalability, and service delivery.
